A music blog for listeners of "The Music of My Mind", a weekly radio show on CFUV 101.9FM in Victoria Thursdays from 5:00-6:30PM PST(Pacific time). The show can also be streamed online around the globe at cfuv.uvic.ca. The program specializes in soul, funk, afrobeat, reggae/dub, and hip hop (vocal and instrumental) from the late 60s all the way to the present. A focus on Canadian music from these genres will be made every week.

Thursday Sept 4 - No Show today!!
Due to a labour disruption at the University of Victoria, Music of My Mind will not broadcast live this week. We will return to the airwaves next week (Sept 11) at our regularly scheduled time. My apologies to our regular listeners...NA
